Event packages begin at $1,320 and include a 3-hour minimum with a sizzle reel to showcase on social media. Add-on services for events are available, and include options such as expedited turnaround time, additional recap videos, event b-roll clips, speaker coverage and more. The goal of this call is to learn more about your video goals and the deliverables you need. We will get into the vision you have, whether you want to provide information to your website viewers, share testimonials, or create a custom b-roll video library of your brand. With the information gathered from this call, I will share a custom proposal for your approval.
Complete the project inquiry form on my website with any information you have about your project. If you aren’t sure about something, no worries! As much information as you can provide will be helpful. This will help me understand the vision you have for your videos ahead of the next step, a project intro call.
Prior to your shoot date, I will share a list of props, wardrobe suggestions, anticipated timeline and some general tips and tricks to have you prepared for the day. Once we wrap, I will get started on the editing, and share the first edit of your video(s) once completed. Each of my branding projects include two rounds of revisions, to ensure your videos are exactly right!
Once your proposal has been approved, we will get a filming date on the calendar, and you are officially booked! I will get to work on creating a shooting outline to best optimize our time, as well as create a shot list. Depending on the type of project, we will have a pre-production meeting to make sure we are all on the same page before the shoot. We will cover details of the edit, such as your branding assets, timeline, and video specifics.
For branding content, two rounds of revisions are included in each package. For event videography, one revision is included for the recap video.
Yes! These packages are outlines of common packages, and all projects can be customized to fit your video needs.
For events, booking as soon as you have a date is highly encouraged to ensure you have coverage! For branding shoots, 4-8 weeks ahead of the shoot is ideal, and will give us adequate time to cover pre-production, location scheduling, any scripts and shotlists.
After your initial inquiry, I can hold your project date for 5 days, to allow us to jump on a quick call. After that call, we will send a project proposal, and your project date is confirmed once the proposal is signed and approved and the retainer is received.
Branding shoots can take place in your business, home, or a venue of your choice. I am happy to offer suggestions and share insight based on what studios and venues might work best for your shoot.
Absolutely! During our pre-production call, we will discuss your branding, values, and goals, and include elements such as your brand fonts, colors, logos, and other branding aspects within your content to be sure your brand is forward facing throughout your online presence.
Yes! Having a group involved in your shoot can maximize and expand the content, and help tell your story. If multiple people will be included on camera, we will plan out the best course of action for timeline, shotlists, etc prior to the shoot.
The editing timeline is project dependent, determined once we have an idea of video deliverables, editing requirements, and any deadlines for your project.
